Diamond Skulls now serve as the skeleton key to unlock additional rewards for holders as well as for members who choose to delegate their core project NFTs to a particular Diamond Skull. If a staker is not a member of Skulliance, they will be prevented from delegating their core project NFTs to a Diamond Skull.
Diamond Skull delegations yield CARBON, off-chain points that can be burned in multiples of 100 for a single DIAMOND. CARBON is rewarded nightly for each core project NFT that is delegated to a Diamond Skull and the amount matches the reward rate of the corresponding project. Between 1-2 CARBON can be acquired nightly depending on each core project NFT delegated. CARBON rewards are a permanent addition to staking.
Diamond Skull owners are also rewarded a “CARBON Copy” of all rewards from delegations to their Diamond Skull. The cumulative total rewards dispersed to delegators is also matched to the owner of the Diamond Skull. If a Diamond Skull owner chooses to delegate NFTs to themselves to fill all slots for their Diamond Skull, they will receive double the rewards. Rewards from delegations for their Diamond Skull and rewards for delegating to their Diamond Skull.
Diamond Skull owners control who can delegate to their Diamond Skull. They can choose to remove any delegated NFT they wish. Some Diamond Skull owners may want to kick delegators that place core project NFTs on their Diamond Skull that only yield 1 CARBON per night in hopes of filling the slot with a core project NFT that yields 2 CARBON. When a core project NFT is delegated to or removed from a Diamond Skull, the platform will generate a notification in the Skulliance discord server tagging the parties involved.

4 Kimosabe Art NFTs
4 Sinder Skullz NFTs
3 H.Y.P.E. NFTs
2 Ohh Meed NFTs
1 Galactico NFT
The total number of NFTs that can be delegated to a single Diamond Skull is 19. You may ask, why 19 NFTs? That seems like an odd number. Well, 19 NFTs are required to form the shape of a diamond within the delegation user interface. The minimum rewards for a fully delegated Diamond Skull are 19 CARBON and the maximum rewards are 38 CARBON. A Diamond Skull does not need to be fully delegated in order to yield rewards for the owner and delegators, it can still yield below 19 CARBON if not fully delegated.
If a Diamond Skull NFT or core project NFT is moved from a staked wallet address, any corresponding core project NFT delegations will be automatically removed when the nightly rewards script runs. Un-staking a Diamond Skull automatically kicks all delegators. Un-staking a core artist NFT delegated to a Diamond Skull removes that delegation and diminishes the Diamond Skull owner’s “CARBON Copy” rewards.
